OK, so I got busted for claiming this method excludes the first 999 entries. You are right. Every 4 number combination had a chance. Even 0000, I mean everyone saw the rigorous "random" application of twirling the gun, not to mention that the shooter having no control at aiming at a particular spot on the board to compensate for reaching an absurd outcome such as 0000. A conscience selector tried to pick randomly and u know this since none of you brought up the possibility of reaching 0000.

Hey, well... so I wasn't in the contest (although I did watch and wanted it, but wasn't gonna put the effort XD ), anyway I think that it was a good method of going about it, but what could have been better (for those below 900 and such as people have complained), would be to script a simple (yet fair) random number generator that ranges the involved numbers (0 - >9000) but that's just my opinion on the matter, would have reduced the chance of complainers. Anyway, Congrats Mr. Matthews!!
