first i put some honey i waited a full day the next morning i saved before checked the tree it was a male

i turned it off then on another male

i turned it off again and then on and it was a female YAY!!!! :)

to get a female combee just slather the honey, wait for it to shake SAVE then if its a female just catch it, but if it was male then just keep restarting the game with the L+R+Select
