ВОТ ОНА КРАСОТА , ЭТО НЕ ПЕВИЦЫ КОТОРЫЕ ЖОПОЙ ПОЛУГОЛЫЕ ПОД ФОНОГРАММУ ПОЮТ, ХОЧЕТСЯ МОЛОДЫМ ДЕВЧОНКАМ НАШИМ ПОЖЕЛАТЬ КРАСОТА ОНА НЕ В СИЛИКОНЕ И НЕ В КОРОТКИХ ЮБЧОНКАХ, А В ТРУДЕ, НЕ ВАЖНО В СПОРТЕ ИЛИ ЕЩЕ ГДЕТО..НАДО СТРЕМИТСЯ БЫТЬ ПОХОЖИМИ НА ЛЮДЕЙ КАК АЛИНА , ИРИНА ВИНЕР, МАТВИЕНКО, А НЕ НЕ НА ШЛЮХ ТИПА МОБИЛЬНЫЕ БЛОНДИНКИ ИЛИ ЧТО ТО В ЭТОМ РОДЕ.

I don't usually like Kabaeva's performances after 2000 because she made many mistakes and had bad technique, but I really like this one!

She puts the stick so she is holding it with her toes. Then she lets go and that is how the throw is executed.
