To me, a shy good singer is by far better than a confident bad singer (However, a confident good singer is the best, obviously). You just need to build up your confidense. Try posting a few videos here on youtube, if you get good response you will gain confidense and self-believe. Good luck!

i had the same problem....but i would suggest u sing the arpegio...untill u have no problem sustaining the high DO..than after that try get one step higher..and do that untill u have no problem sustaining that note...and so on...for me it worked
