I like both of the theme songs, I too associate "I don't want to wait" with Dawson's Creek, but "My heart is in my hands", was a great song for the show, and I did like the change, I wish that they had gone back and forth more throughout the series though.

Ugh, I wish they didn't use a different theme song on the DVDs. I associate "I Don't Wanna Wait" with Dawson's Creek only and it's a shame I don't get to hear it when I watch.

that 'gross alternate' theme just reminds me of all the shit episodes there were without the creator of the show working there. the only dvd episodes with the original theme song in them are the ones Kevin worked on. Seasons 1, 2 & the finale.
