@vTitanz They moved the Pheonix to a different location, different than in the video (outdated).

I looked it up and RIGHT BEFORE you go across the bridge, go north through a narrow walkway with water on your right and wall on your left. Follow it until you see the bird at the end-ish.

Hope I was of help :) I had to look it up on rswikia myself.
