  • good technique, just get stronger and faster

  • You are overrotating on your first turns (most of the time) so the whole rythm of the throw is affected . Try to put yourfoot down quicker on your first turn.

  • lol i think you have better form then i do only im stronger. you keep up the work youll be one damn good hammer thrower. Only thing i see is you start to pull with your left shoulder on the release. make sure you push through it doing everything you can to stay long. remember Radius =speed=distance

  • follow that ball a little more before you go into your first turn, your orbit is switched around(low right and high left) and that will help you correct your orbit and accelerate the ball more with a correct orbit (low right and high left). Focus on driving that right hip around, using your legs to accelerate it and keep separation between your upper and lower body, repeated turns on a concrete pad outside the ring should help you gain more speed and comfortability with that speed

  • Ya I agree with Willie.....everything looks good u just need to work on your speed. Try winding faster and entering your first turn faster, and just stay relaxed and they will fly for you

  • hey you have very good technique... when you get the speed down, its going to fly...
