Looking back, some of his comments are interesting in light of his AR run... particularly, I wonder if even at the time, in NYC, he was considering running a time trial for the record later in the summer.

The coverage was split b/t ESPN2 & CBS, with CBS having the 2nd half of the meet, including the mile. That should be broadcasting today (Sunday), I believe.

They didn't show it on TV? That's ridiculous. They showed the meet. But I missed it.
