  • great lock .. but a pain to install .

    But great customer support .. you call the number and get connected to a rep .

  • It was actually pretty easy to install for me, pretty much as easy to install as a typical deadbolt. It was a little bit difficult to thread the connecting cable, but overall not too hard.
