Yes, you have to fight him to actually experience the glitch though. As far as I can see there is only 2 problems with this gill (his dead state sometimes makes him float off screen, the complete invulnerability glitch which lasts the whole round). Again, the combos are as devistating as they continue to be. Max stars, that 34 hit combo was sick. Good job.
and to my knowledge that gill is very arcade perfect, if you havent played 3rd strike, then that is what gill is really like... he has no glitchs to my eyes.
same glitch happened to me...at that moment i wazz screwed becuz the life wazz set to 100 so he was untouchable...but hey!, u still kick his ass...gud work bro!..
The AI for Gill is certainly not arcade perfect. Gill will walk on the top half of the screen on occasion, he has the resurrection glitch, and he attacks before the round starts quite often.

what are you current settings? life = 300 ??

In the third round you will see that he has become invulnerable in the same states where I was hitting him before
I've faced this Gill a ton of times and this glitch comes out a lot

I know that. I'm talking about him actually being completely invulnerable after a glitch.
When you fight him he experiences a glitch sometimes and from there on out he is invulnerable.
