  • 3:24 how the hell did they manage that stuff up???

  • 2:55 - haha epic ;)

  • Lucas will fix all these in the remastered as well as add jar jar to the end of Jedi

  • uploader, make a movie as long as star wars with zero mistakes in it, then critic others.

  • The three guns 4 guns one is not a blooper... you can see the fourth one in the first shot, it is mostly obscured by the wall sticking out, but it is there

  • @SeanJA look at it again SeanJA..... in the first shot.... its plainly obvious that there is an EMPTY... gun slot, all the way to the right....in the second shot the empty slot has the gun placed in it....

  • Star wars was so much better when i was a kid in the 80s. When it snowed and settled i would get out in the garden with my AT-AT and all my other star wars toys and i would be on the hoth planet.Now. some cunt on the internet and that bastard Lucas the money greedy hairy faced paedophile bitch as destroyed my childhood. Thanks a fucking lot.

  • The Force knows many ways to cheat some things^^

  • Who give a shit

  • you need a job in hollywood.

  • Four guns were on the rack the whole time...the console blocked one in one shot...

  • one the rebel protecting his face he was literally thrown it was reflex

  • A lot of these really aren't continuity issues..

  • for the droid: there are millions of droids in the Galaxy, alot of ship models look simmiler. who's to say that's the same droid?

storm trooper: OK, people hit their heads all the time, why cant a storm trooper? it adds realism

  • Clearly, The Force caused all these discrepancies.

  • so...what you're saying is that...Starwars is not real!?

  • The aun one was because tatooine has two suns that its orbiting, and the imperial jacket was from the camera angle and light source

  • that one that hit his head is fucking classic

  • 0:14 Because the actor didn't want to get his face smashed.

0:34 Those are vanishing bushes. You can only see them once every 400 years and they're only there for several minutes.

    1:02 It's a different R5 unit.

1:22 That was Kramer's jacket. During the shooting he stormed onto the set and got in a fist fight with Lucas. Kramer beat his ass and took what was rightfully his.

  • that is why stormtroopers are always so clumsy they always hit their head

  • I think the one with the Stormtrooper's head hitting the edge of the door is just hilarious enough to actually be able to belong in the movie. I even think I've heard that in the DVD versions they added that *thump* there intentionally, it was not there before. And besides, I don't care about some mistakes here. This is my childhood dammit!! (And still is lol... kinda)

  • I bet for the Darth Vader thing at the end they just mirrored the shot.

  • About the supposed continuity error on 3:24 where Vader's chestplate is reversed after some fighting with Obi Wan Kenobi, it looks like the image was just reversed. Vader seemed to be holding his lightsabre as a lefthander now.

Either that, or old Kenobi is SOME whiz with the lightsabre! Causes opponent's costumes to be reversed, lol.

I've seen this film or parts of it dozens or hundreds of times since '77 and wow, I never noticed these errors. All I know is, Han shot first.

  • That part with the Stormtrooper banging his head has been explained over 1,000 times. That was suppose to happen.

  • Not only did I not notice any of these bloops when I saw the move in 1977, I really don't give a fuck about them today. Star Wars bloopers > shit movies today.

  • I'm sure sure George Lucas as a list of 1,000,000 things he must change in this movie. Those shrubs will eventually get fixed in a new edition.

  • 1:41 !! ahahahaha Princess Laya steals the ornaments on the table! That SNEAKY no good up to nothing SCOUNDREL!

  • the force works in mysterious ways my friend

  • all of those are not bloopers execpet for the covering of his face

  • Good job, you found movie mistakes for a movie in the 70's. Were it done today there would be minimal mistakes cuz it's all done in CGI. >.>

  • ahahahah I keep watching 2:56 over and over lmao

  • Darth Vader breads while talking!

  • 2:15 because of the angle but a 2:17 its pale again... not a mistake

  • who gives a shit?

  • 2:00 ITS CAUSE TATOOINE HAS TWO SUNS..........sad that i know that....

  • Oh, I got another continuity mistake, in this one scene there is Darth Vader realizing silently and with solemnity that there is still honor and decency in him and without uttering a word lifts Palpatine over his head and cast him to his doom, but if you listen closely you realize that Vader was screaming NOOO! like a pansy emo mama's boy all along. Really, how did we miss that one all these years?

  • Head bang looks pain ful but funny

  • You forgot the scene when Obi Wan told Luke that Darth Vader killed his father. Now that was a continuity mistake! ;)

  • @stefichjo Come on now, that was explained in Return of the Jedi. He was correct in saying that becuase he was referring to it symbolically. The man Anakin was no more when Vader "took over".

  • 2:55 lol

  • When the droid reappears it isnt really a mistake! imagine the amount of astro droids in that galaxy

  • As for that shade part, Tatooine does have two suns. Just sayin'

  • I think there's still 3 ornaments on the table. The angle just makes one almost completely cover another.

  • these are all minor mistakes, what rly pissed me was how George Lucas messed up the story, in the first movie we clearly know that Obi-Wan's Master is Qua-Gon, but in the 5th movie when Obi-Wan tell's Luke to go to Yoda and says Yoda was his former Master, later on the movie when Yoda say's Luke has anger in him, again Obi-Wan says: "Wasn't I like that also, when I started?".. and there are a few other story fails but this is the main that I remembered right now

  • @capatchini And if you paid attention to ANY lore regarding the old Jedi Council as well as the movies themselves, then you'd know that Yoda visits other planets to recruit new Jedi, interviews them along with other members of the council, and teaches many of the Jedi children. Jedi don't follow a certain master until a certain age, and even then they still learn things from other masters.

  • @KiraTsukasa Now I remember when Anakin himself got interviewed and since Obi-Wan got to be his Master I thought all Jedi's had one master only, now I remember on the second movie when Obi-Wan was looking for that planet and went to Yoda who was teachin younglings.. now I get it lol

Didn't paid much attention to that and forgot completely, thanks for clearing it up :)

  • These demonstrates that the story of the movie prevails not the special effects , thats why Avatar is such a crappy movie .

  • these 'mistakes' have nothing to do with continuity...look it up.

  • 2:57 xD

  • those are just stupid mistakes, nothing crucial. This movie is unquestionable and deserves eternal respect, a true classic.

  • You've got a really good eye. Nice Work.

  • thanks for ruining the movie for me! now everytime i watch it i will notice!

  • @postal83 the title was pretty clear. you didn't have to watch this.

  • Amazingly enough, there could have been a lot more mistakes. The original Star Wars movie was edited so many times. And remember, the version we got was suppose to be the good version. The first 3 versions they previewed with audiences were suppose to be so terrible people left the theater.

  • The virginity is strong with this one

  • @MrAnthraxis

    No it's not... :)

  • Nobody's perfect...

  • Actually, although some of the stormtroopers were clones, they aged at twice the rate of a normal human, so the empire drafted civilians into the service to keep up with the fast-dying clones

  • the storm trooper that bang his head was not a mistake it was the door to low

  • This was highly amusing and fun to watch XD Thanks

  • The stormtrooper banging his head was on purpose

  • @izzyisthefiz No, it was'nt. They added a sound in the remastered version of the film. If it was on purpose from the start, why didn't they put that sound in the original version?

  • Lol the only one i really cared about was the storm trooper banging his head haha.

  • oh my God, i thought i was the only person who realised the mistakes in movies

  • 3:00 about the chest thing isnt a blooper its exactly where its meant to be..

  • @MrAnthraxis Hum, no it's not, it's clearly been reversed from one shot to the next. Little white bars are on the left of the scren at the beginning and they end up on on the right at the end. And the fact that Vader changes positions makes no difference at all.

  • 2:55 Best xD

  • Too Much time on your hands

  • 0:16 the soundeffect when Darth wader squeezes hes neck is the sound of Ben Burtt (the sound effect guy) squeezing a grapefruit with nut shells inside

  • personally, i think that the movie makers put the mistakes in the movies just so people like this have a reason to get up in the morning.

  • On first mistake he also helps the tropps pick him up, he is helpful for someone who should be dead

  • i enjoyed it next time i watch that with a friend im gona make myself look like a total nerd and point all that stuff out haha

  • "Count the ornaments"

"Keep your eye on the coat"

lol no one really cares. thats like saying

"Take a look at Lukes Left Nut"

  • 2:56! LOL

  • Any film maker will stress the fact that shooting outdoors is challenging and especially on sunny days.

  • I defiantly recognized.... deeefiinnattlllyy....

  • nitpick...

    nitpick...

    nitpick...

  • The fail at 2:00 concerning the missing shadow, goes to show how long it takes to shoot just one scene. Don't know if there's a vid showing the fail at the evacuation of cloud city, but in case no one has, here it is explained: Just after Lando has announced to everyone via public address system that the empire is taking over, people begin to crowd the hallways in mass. Just after the group(Lando,Leia, droids, etc.) cross the hallway, a man runs by with a homemade ice cream maker under his arm.

  • The shoulder pad of Luke's stormtrooper outfit doesn't dissapear and appears again... If you look close, you can see it isn't gone, it just slided down, haning down his upper arm, he probably put it back up himself during the scene

  • now the R5 thing is debatable, there could have been multiple units there

  • Hey we all now that if you wait long enough the weapons will respawn. Nothing special

  • Half of the mistakes are because they're filmed at a different angle (the coat one for example). The other ones (The grey outfit, black outfit one) you explain that! Also Iv'e never notice the stormtrooper banging his head on the door, thanks for showing that scene.:P

  • Im sorry, but when i saw the stormtrooper hit his head, i ROFLMFAO

  • Someone watched this movie too fuckin many times

  • @JDPKRevolution hahaha, treu that dude!

  • The ornament isn´t there because Luke stole it, he just made Obi Wan think that he was interested in being a Jedi to stole his propperties when he was distracted.

  • i doubt the r5 unit is really a mistake mabey there were trying to make it look like the jawa's had more then one to sell.

  • This is hilarious but you gotta give good old George credit for star wars, they are pretty good.

  • 230 is red lightsabers 0.o

  • 1:54 wait, what??? another black dude on the galaxy?? i though the only one was friends with Han Solo

  • @13thDagger hahaha! that reminds me of Family guy Star Wars.

  • It was a good video!! I like it c:

  • the ornaments one is just from a different angle there are still 3 there if you can see the other one behind it and the jacket one is also from a different angle and it affected the lighting and the colour of the jacket went darker.

  • banging a head is not a continuity error you idiot

  • @6cheesy6 EM scanners in the helmet. Yes, it's an error.

  • The chess figures obviously disappear to hang the coat back up. Just in case anyone missed that one.

  • @TheGodParticle The Shawshank Redemption

  • Jesus... Where do you find the time to do this?? I find it hard enough to find time to watch a movie, let alone point out the mistakes. I wouldn't even notice.

  • @16sideswipe But you seem to have enough time for watching this kind of vids.

  • While watching this, my first thought was, big deal.

  • i wonder how many star wars fans would sucks george lucas dick for a few moments of unreleased scenes

  • @lowaces I wonder why you're thinking of sucking dicks

  • @jlaf27 because mr lucas doesn't have a wet moist dripping pussy

  • the jacket one is just the lighting. its the same color

  • @nyjets2020 Yeah right, it goes from almost white to dark grey in a split second just because of the lighting... I wonder why the other guy in the background still has a pale jacket, then.

  • Quoting Peter Griffin 'OH MY G-D, WHO THE HELL CARES!'

  • @Elighthecool Thats what I was thinking. Just not as Peter Griffin.

  • congrats, you have no life

  • for number 1 this is an oldish film and I doubt they had amazing stunt people who were fine with getting thrown into a wall face first. I know I wouldnt wanna have that done to me

  • ugh twitter got hijacked bye asholes bebo went down hill facebook hijacked bye bitches and now youtube taken over bye bad videos fvck dis shit im goin bak to club penguin :p

  • @MrCandyman5000 it's By, not Bye.... If you spell Bye, you're saying goodbye......... And so far, this is the dumbest spelling mistake EVER... damn dude... damn....

  • Is there such a thing as a perfect movie?

  • @TheGodParticle Exactly! There isn't. :)

  • Damn! What a f**ing Knit picker!Who cares its a sci fi film.Theresalways mistakes in movies!

  • Thats what I was thinking.

  • when in doubt blame the force

  • i think the storm trooper banging his head was suposed to b in it to show how clumsy and dumb the clones can b cuz they would o seen it and taken it out o the movie

  • @MrCandyman5000 In canon by the time this movie is set there are less clones than civilians serving as Stormtroopers in the Imperial Army

  • @Mia646 And where did you get that information...... That's a lie, no civilians are serving the empire as stormtroopers.... All stormtroopers are clones...

  • @LeonBezema Mate, look it up. They gradually brought in more and more civilians - much to Commander Cody's disgust.

  • @JaamesAmos If you laughed then yes, if you didn't, I am disappoint

  • out of all the strange and unrealistic things to pick out in the Star Wars serious....you pick some continuity problems????? excellent choice! get a job..

  • @podgieraver maybe this is his job....

  • Someone has waaaaayyyyy tooooo much time on their hands

  • @shiites Exactly the comment I was about to write.

  • I noticed the stormtrooper before

  • (2:14) The split seconds between these shot changes, this easily could be another Imperial Officer passing by.

  • 1:23> The coat is actually hidden behind that wall. Just a different camera shot.

  • 3:24 they flipped the entire frame!! Horizontally inverted. Everything is flipped!

  • storm trooper not an error, that was in the script. They are dumb guys.

  • @DCUPtoejuice and how do you know that... did you write the script? and if you would clone an army, or hireing, would you on purpose make them clumsy and dumb? doesn't sound really logic dude...

  • @LeonBezema The movies are loaded with jokes at the expense of the storm troopers. I would put the onus on you to prove it wasn't intentional given the incessant use of these guys to introduce comedy into the films.

  • @DCUPtoejuice If it was intentional, why did they add a sound in the remastered version of the film, and didn't put it in the original theatrical release? Seems like producers are rather trying to pretend this was intentional, when in fact it really wasn't.

  • Is this the same community that investigates the zapruder film and black dog man?

  • some asshole didn't have shit to do with his time than find these retarded errors and make a video about it? pathetic prick

  • The Storm Trooper was scripted by George Lucas to hit his head.

  • Nice mistake points! Good vid!

  • i cant stop of laughing and repeat the 2:55 moment

  • OMG, I never noticed the shoulder armour scene, and its really obvious

  • @Gingrnut the shoulder patch doesn't dissapear... it slides down... You can see that if you look close....

  • r5d4 is the best character in the whole 6 films

  • The trooper hitting his head is so funny!!

  • lies and blasphemes

  • Do people just sit and watch movies over and over to find these little things that are over looked and no one cares about?

  • @Gill0991 of course we do, its fun. By the way, there are several scenes where the armor is held together by gaffers tape. Don't believe me? look for yourself.

  • @BA1Gang I mostly just watch to enjoy the movie, I don't get that bored lol

Although I did never notice the stormtrooper hitting his head and adjusting, that was pretty funny.

  • @Gill0991 Not true, people who really enjoy films and work on them enjoy seeing these mistakes. The goal isn't to laugh at the film but rather to show the human side of movie making that even with millions of dollars in budgets mistakes as obvious as these can still happen. P.S. to the trained eye spotting continuity mistakes is rather easy most people watch for them but when the script supervisor is working on set 15 hours a day these little mistakes are bound to get away from him.

  • So you're saying it wasn't real?

  • /watch?v=yiYNGH-vO6g

  • haha they couldnt take 5 minutes to reshoot the stormtrooper headbang scene?

  • When that clone hit his head I done near fell out of my chair lmao thats the funniest one

  • You should not have come back...movie mistakes! -Lord Vader

  • 2:14 Chewy checkin out that metallic ass....

  • Okay best part was when the stormtrooper hit his head. Never noticed it before now I'm gunna laugh my ass off every time I see it!

  • The rebel's name is Captain Antilles.

  • Darth Vader: Nobody has fallen to the Dark Side faster than I!

    Number 7: CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

  • what do you expect, this was made in the 70s

  • That is really funny. You have a great eye for noticing all of those!

  • Ornaments my ass- those are one-hitters Ben uses to commune with the spirit of Qui-Jong-Il or whatever his name was. . .Yoda showed him-

  • when the storm trooper bangs his head it's priceless!

  • Also, one more thing,

for number 7, it could just be a problem with the lighting.

personally, i think that number 8 is just an issue with camera angle. Thats it.

All these comments are in responce to @AnnoyingUT3Player's comment on Nov. 20th

  • In continuation:

Also, if you noticed, they also had another mistake, in the scene with the shadow, the shadows are smooth, which should not happen on a planet that is in a binary star system. Not only that, but the shadow doesn't match the shape of the building.

  • In contiuation of my coment below:

6.They were on the planet Tatooine which was part of a binary star system. However, it is still a mistake as the distance between the two stars is not big enough to cause that effect, only fuzzy shadows. second of all, the avarage day is 23 hours meaning the stars cannot move fast enough for that to happen.

Also, if you noticed, they also had another mistake, in the scene with the shadow, the shadows are smooth, which should not happen on

  • for the last one, clearly the chestplate was knocked off and he used the force to clumsily put it back on in the middle of the fight :D

  • @ Naymy..yes it is, pay attention in relation to vader himself, the red and green buttons are on his left side(the cameras right) in the beginning, at the end they should still be on HIS left side(cameras right), but instaed, they're on HIS right(cameras left)

  • This guy must have the fastest eyes in the world......

  • How did u make to find all these?

  • My childhood! Nooooooo!!!!

  • 1. The guy faked dying (I would too)

    2. The heat created a mirage

    3. The guy selling droids had a few doubles

    4. The coat fell onto the floor

    5. The ornaments are holograms and can change at any time

    6. There are more than one sun in that planet's solar system and there are constant solar eclipses

    7. Mood ring jackets are common on the death star

    8. Armour regenerates when it hasn't been hit for a while

    9. Before the guy died he put his gun back

    10. Vader's mirror-image ability

  • @AnnoyingUT3Player

guess what? no. 3 and no. 6 are probebly right.

3.In one of the episodes, (i think episode IV,) R2D2 and C-3PO actually end up inside the giant mining vehical that the jawas use to move around. there were alot of droids inside so there is a fairly high chance there actually are doulbles or similar

  • Comment removed

  • @AnnoyingUT3Player but how do you explain the storm trooper hitting his head :(

  • @McRb29 Oh I left that one out, well you see, storm troopers need to test their armour before entering a combat situation. This particular storm trooper forgot to test his helmet!

  • @AnnoyingUT3Player hahahaha very nice

  • I applaud you for ponting out these bloops. Movies always suffer continuity errors or minor flaws, but fortunately most audiences never noticed these things back in 1977. Nowadays, audiences notice ever tiny little detail, which is why post-production digital masking technicans will ALWAYS be in demand!

What is one of the worst movie bloops ever? The very end of Teen Wolf, when they celebrate winning the basketball game. Check it out, then you'll see EXACTLY what I mean!

  • Atleast that stormtrooper was wearing a helmet, that wouldve hurt lol

  • 3:03 - 3:26

That is not actually a blooper. During the fight they reverse angles (Darth circles Obi-Wan). As a result, the camera angle changes, so it seems it has switches sides. An easy way to understand it is to get two action men and equip them both with pistols in the right hand, then have them fight Left-Right then switch them around (as though they were circling each other) Right-Left. You'll notice that the pistols appear to change place, but don't.

Either way, not a blooper. :)

  • They aren't able to film a whole movie in a day, so of course some of the items and even the shadow will be moved and removed etc.
