Arif Alauddin AS MD Enercon Pakistan, was responsible for embezzlement of USD 85.5 Million. Case was registered against him in 1991. Nevertheless, with the blessing of the then Minister Environment Asif Ali Zardari, the responsibility was shifted to a Clerk and assistant Project manager. Same clerk was asked to burn all relevant record and later Arif Alauddin had arranged his permanent immigration in Canada to hide his own corruption.
