i remember watching him perform this on world idol like 6 years ago :D its wayyyyy better that U2`s version. No offence to U2 of course they are a good band but kurt mastered this song! :) i have his first cd btw ;)
Kurt is an amazing norwegian artist, and i knew as soon as i saw is first audition in idol that he was going to win. Although I love u2 I absooutely fell in love with kurt's cover. U2 is legendary there's no telling, It's a great song. however I do like lee dwezye's version as well. But u2 will always be great. I like kurts cover of 'she's so high' and ' hallelujah' with espen. Han er utrolig!!

I agree. I bet Bono himself would say Kurt has better vocals, BUT I bet Kurt would say it is ridiculous to compare him to Bono. First off, Bono WROTE this song. His song! His lyrics. His "poetry". He and U2 wrote the music. The melody. The incredible rising spirit of this song.
