One tip for you kid who made this vid. Dont extract them to your desktop. Make a folder to your own files (anywhere else but not to your desktop). It slows your computer to have files on your desktop. Make a folder where you extract those files, then makea a shortcut to that folder and put the shortcut to your desktop. This is how you dont slow your computer. And its twice useful.

I deleted it and tried the installing process all over again, and now even if I follow the instruction step by step MiSteamPrep cant find the file in the folder Garry's Mod 11 and I can't proceed!
