I would suggest looking into a camera stabilizer when taking shots on the move. I've been using the Cam Caddie SCorpion for the past year and it's been great obtaining smooth shots. I highly recommend looking into one!
hey if you take two digi cams & the two lens feed into one back screen instead of separately would that give the cam depth perception? i mean it already has things like facial recognition & auto adjustment for lighting & darkness
Man, resorting to computer manipulation to correct the problem of red eye? That's what is happening to photography in this "digital era;" we are dumbing-down our skills. Oh, use a fash off to the side a bit to avoid red eye.
Learning the advanced techniques of computer manipulation is hardly "dumbing-down". Certainly, it is useful to retain the traditional knowledge of positioning extra flashes and so on, but there are times when knowing how to use Photoshop or Gimp to make an image better than the camera possibly could have, requires a great deal of imagination and skill.
Who said anything about "learning the advances techniques of computer manipulation?" You did, not I. Therefore, we have now thoroughly established that I was complaining only about this poor advice about red eye and nothing else at this point. :)
Fair enough. Perhaps I did project more into your motive than was actually there. Having said that, this video is dedicated to advice for compact cameras - so suggesting that people "use a fash off to the side a bit to avoid red eye." may have been pushing it. ;)
@chompychomps I thought this while watching a video earlier. And decided to look into using film. Digital is great but film is old school knowledge at its best.
Dude it was very useful for a amature like me. good job. Not only you took the examples but also the explained why is it happening and what should you do ...this was really helpfull. Thanks
