Very good to discuss the fear part. I saw a great UFO not long ago. I amost didn't want to look at it as I would have to deal with the reality of it. I did look, I think about it daily. When I walk in the fields near my home I mess with the idea of a closer encounter and try to overcome the fear of it. Most important in any aspect of life.

i have the rushing noises and super hight pitch noise. but i cant remember any contact exactly
