  • amen!

  • I believe the bible indicates we are asleep/dead until Jesus returns for us. However, I do not feel this belief is pertinent to salvation nor to living for Jesus. Certainly not worth an argument. Whether we go right to heaven upon our death or we sleep in the grave until Jesus returns, it will all seem instantaneous to us.

  • this is great with a great song!

"at the end of the storm is a golden sky"

  • that the human spirit lives on

  • @750blood mm no I mean where are you getting your info that when a person dies they are "lighter" and that's evidence for the spirit? Couldn't it be fluid loss amongst other things ?

  • @sleanos God's real name is not jehovah; in Hebrew, it was Yahweh and Elohim in the Old TestamentLaw of Moses), then Yeshua in the New Testament.

  • @b00gam4n No argument there, those were/are God's names also.

  • @sleanos you know loss of weight 70 lb next minuet 65 lb loss of weigt .us and animals are living souls but there is no loss o weight when a animal dies

  • @750blood And this is based on what?

  • @sleanos no because animals are living souls and there is no loss of weight.not tryin to debate just get better understanding thank you

  • @750blood "loss of weight" what exactly do you mean?

  • @sleanos o sorry its just jehovahs witness belive the same thing.i belive when you die something releases.thats the only explanation of the weight loss of a human being, plus experience

  • @750blood Yes, JH witness believe something similar but by their own explanation it isn't quite the same. Yes I believe also what u stated. When you die something releases. It's the breadth of life that was God given. The energy that makes us a living being/soul. This isn't some ghostly spirit/soul or even the Holy Spirit, it's simply the life force God breathed into us when we are born.

  • the person who made this is a jehovahs witness i bet

  • @750blood Nope. I'm a Bible believing Christian. Too many scriptures to ignore on this matter

  • Most of the church has added a dualism to Christian doctrine: the idea that we have an immortal soul that leaves the body at death. This is wrong. The correct Biblical anthropology teaches a Dynamic Unity. Man is a soul and sleeps until being resurrected. If you point this out someone might say you are teaching false doctrine...(incredible!). Even Louis Berkhof misses the boat in his Systematic Theology, so ingrained is the idea of a ghostly soul. People are only conditionally immortal.

  • Amen.

  • at 3:40 of the video you say david is waiting for the first resurrection?

  • At Jesus's second coming, there is a full resurrection of the dead in Christ and a PARTIAL resurrection of the wicked (thosed that pieced Him) Rev 1:7 - to witness His Glory. Then the wicked are killed and the saints are caught up in the air with the Lord. 1000 years pass and N.J. comes to earth. All the wicked of all ages are now resurrected to partake of final judgement.

  • the first resurrection is of the damed...Revelation 20...david could not wait for this?...please explain?

  • The second resurrection is to eternal life at the second coming of Jesus. King David will be taking part in this according to scripture since the Bible says David is still "asleep" in the grave yet a man after God's own heart.

  • at 3:40 of the video you say David is waiting for the first resurrection?...also what is your opinion on Matthew 27 verses 51-53

  • I mispoke here on the youtube boxes (my video was correct, sorry was in a hurry). The first resurrection is to eternal life. The second is to eternal damnation. David is awaiting the first resurrection at Christ's 2nd coming. But there is a partial resurrection of the wicked (Rev 1:7) at the second coming of Christ also before they are then destroyed and the FULL resurrection of the wicked after the millemium.

  • it would appear there is a partial resurrection for the saints Rev:20:4-5..? is matthew 27:51-53 not a resurrection?

  • Rev 20:4-5 must be coupled with other scripture. Rest of the dead being resurrected is in reference to the wicked. All the saints of Christ are resurrected at the 2nd coming of Christ to ascend w/Him. (there are 2 resurrections, eternal life & damnation.) There are also 2 times when the resurections occur. All saints reserected at 2nd coming of Christ, partial resurrection of wicked to see Christ's glory. Then after 1000 years, the rest of the wicked dead are ALL resurrected for judgment.

  • matthew 27:51-53 is most definitely a resurrection, but on a mini scale for it says many of the saints. This is atypical of the first fruits offering of old testament times (fulfilling and elimaniting yet another Jewish sabbath event). It was meant to illustrate what would happen on a larger scale at Christ's second coming.

  • I understand what your saying about the first resurrection however only the beheaded and the ones that do not take the mark Rev:20v4 will be with Christ for a thousand years...then verse 5 the rest of the saints are resurrected?

  • All the saints will be with Christ at His 2nd coming. The rest of the dead (wicked) do not live until the 1000 years have passed where God's final execution of judgment passes. There are 2 resurrection event during the first resurrection which you and I want to be a part of. After 1000 years is when the rest of the dead (the wicked, not saints) are resurrected to receive there punishment.

  • Electronic bible: search for all the passages with the word resurrection in it from the KJV. There r 40 verses. Read the verses & then read the them in there surrounding context. Moses & Elijah were examples of the saints being resurrection on the last day. Moses died and was raised. Elijah was translated. All the saints go with Christ at Christ's second coming. There is a partial wicked resurrection of those who accused Christ, 1000 years pass, then rest of wicked dead live for judgment day.

  • Revelation 20:6 - Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection.

As I said in the video: the first resurrection is to eternal life. Please disregard my earlier youtube comment. This means you and I don't want to be a part of the second resurrection which is to damnation.

  • wow here...the first resurrection is of the damed...Revelation 20 verse 5?...are you sure?

  • Rev 20:5 says the REST OF THE DEAD (remainder of them) do not come back to life until end of 1000 years. There is a partial resurrection of the wicked dead (those that mocked Christ at the cricifixion for ex) to see His glorious return adn tremble before being destroyed and a full resurrection of those in Christ at Christ's second coming to be translated and glorifed into heaven. 1000 years pass before "new jerusalem" descends from heaven back to earth where armeggodan takes place.

  • kindly explain the first resurrection?...because in revelation 20 verses 5 the first resurrection in the unbelievers...please explain?

  • Yes, the first resurrection is to damnation of the wicked and unbelievers. What's your question?

  • Thankyou so much for this. Im trying to study as much Truth as I can, so refreshing to see the Truth revealed! Happy Sabbath!

    God Bless.

  • Happy Sabbath! I pray that the Holy Spirit continues to lead you in all truth according the His Word.

  • what's the name of the song that is plying??

  • "You'll Never Walk Alone"

  • For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise frist: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1Thes.4:16-17 I look forward to this glorias day.

  • Amen! As do I friend. Happy Sabbath!
