  • Doing them everyday is no harm... do 250 daily... its better than lifting weights at the gym and spending a hour and a half rather than doing these daily for 40 mins :)

  • women typically don't get too bulky because the low amounts of testosterone in their body. you may notice some size increase but i doubt anything that would ruin your figure. my girlfriend is a tumbler and she benches. she has an extremely hot figure.

  • Yes, this is a great and REALLY effective exercise. Actually, the main benefit of lowering (for me) is that I use my core muscles to lift my mid-section back up. When you start doing these, your body will get into a natural flow and you can feel the affected muscles.

  • If you can get up to doing about 50 per session broken up into 3 sets, you´ll be doing good. you can do them every day, but i recommend 3 to 4 times a week
