Please clarify what you mean by "peedo" and "cockend".

Please try to use English as we are more likely to understand you. Many thanks.

  • I just did this with some roasted onion italian bread and used my toaster oven. Came out great.

  • Dear Johnathan,

Twiglet toast has made my life so much better! You've not just discovered the best thing since sliced bread, you've discovered what sliced bread was truly invented for! Thank you so much for this great idea that has brought me so much happiness. Keep up the great work!

  • What an amazing idea - going to make some bread tomorrow so will try this :)

  • My wife likes shoving a twiglet down my jap-eye and eating it.

  • I can't believe the video ends before the toast is done!!! I need closure! ;-)

  • Sounds GREAT-!

    I make a Marmite-bread in a machine that's pretty good as well.

The odours that fill the house as the bread is rising/cooking are incredibly yummy. IMO

  • I still don't get it , what is marmite or vegitime ? I thought it was Jam and I tried , but it's not really that tasty lol ..

So marmite , is that salty ?

  • @silvialain Marmite came first. It's a concentrated yeast extract bread that is spread thinly on bread or toast. It has a salt/savory flavor almost like a soy sauce type flavor. I find it very tasty which is surprising as I am American and most Americans do not care for it. Vegemite is the Australian brand of yeast extract (they copied the English brand Marmite) and 9 out of 10 homes in Australia use Vegemite. I find it to be not as tangy as Marmite and don't prefer it as much.

  • Another Tutorial for me. I don't know about Marmite. Now I know, its tasty, but I make it under the Grill, so my Toaster stays clean.

  • mar.mite but pa not ..

  • you da man
