  • THANK YOU! This recipe is right on time for me! My good friend & I are starting our 1st ever extended juice fast (I've done short juice fasts or "breaks" before). I'm finally off all fleshy foods eggs, fish, meat etc. I haven't kicked my cheese addiction but I imagine this fast will do the trick! I'm nervous as I'm an over eater and so is she lol, but believing God will help us since a 'word of knowledge' led each of us individually, to this life giving lifestyle. Please keep us in prayer =)

  • Hi. When I make my green juices, I use a Breville centrifuge juicer. No water needs to be added since it extracts all the juice straight from the veggies. How do you think that compares to the blender preparation in regard to retaining the most nutrients? Just curious...I know for sure your way here is much easier and quicker for clean up than the Breville (LOL).

  • @1221tam I also have a Breville juicer, and I love it, but time is a factor when you have a busy schedule, so a blender is much faster for me. I also add the water, since I drink it as a water nutritious water drink. That's the difference. that's the difference ; )

    Blessings!!

  • @1221tam I also want to give people the option of juicing, if they don't have a juicer, they can still juice, and in a blender you need to add water. Blessings ; )

  • @SuperPeachplum Thank you so much your words of encouragements!! Bless you ; )

I hope it to have it out some time this year, I also would love to offer dvd, but I will keep everyone informed as I approach that phase. Thank you for commenting & watching my vids ;)

  • Thank you for this helpful video, can I use kale because I dont have spanich.

    thank you and be blessed.

  • @dream1flower Thanks for the feed back, I try to make my recipes easy and delicious & pretty. You can use kale, any greens will do since they are high in Alkaline. Blessings!!

  • Love your vids MrsLeafygreens! I've got to try the green juice. What blender do you use? Is it a Ninja? If so, which one? I'm looking for a new blender but right now my budget won't allow for a Blendtec or Vitamix. Thanks!

  • @makeupmomma2 Thanks for watching & your positive feed back! It is the regular size Ninja Blender. I home you'll give it a try! Blessings!!

  • Love green juice!

  • This is the easiest way I've ever seen to juice greens! I have the hardest time juicing my spinach, I'll definitely be doing it this way. Thanks for this video, great idea!

  • @ivyflower I am glad you'll be able to make it!!
