  • Foster violence against autism by throwing hard ball in the beginning of the series while later teach Zach not to hurt the dog with a small kinder ball. In the end this has taught Zach it is okay to hurt Zach but not the dog. The trainer has compromised trust issues and I disprove of more children being used like this on youtube. It violates Zach's privacy and dignity and there should be permission to publish this video by Zach himself if he understands the lesson taught is not taught well.

  • @lightwayvez

Very interesting perspective. Thanks for sharing.

  • @lightwayvez are you sure the ball was hard? Looked very soft imo...

  • It is okay to throw a big ball that hurts Zach in the first segment of this video series and they teach Zach not to hurt the dog with the little ball, and they teach Zach it is okay to hurt Zach but not the dog.

  • I have seen profound things happen with an autistic man in a horse's environment. Too much to post.

  • I have Asperger's Syndrome, and I keep dogs partly to have company that doesn't overwhelm me. I have a big Great Pyrenees who is soft, fluffy, and very calm. He's great to have around.

  • the bond between human and animals are so strong I know that when I am stressed( which tends to be often) my family's cat will come and sit with me and lets me pet her to help calm me down which it does

    so I know the bond

  • This a absolutely beautiful! I am a clinical psychology gratuate student doing my dissertation on AAT. What you have shown here is a wonderful example of how the human animal bond can improve therapeutic success. Thank you for sharing this incredible story! Way to go Zachary and Henry!

  • i have a 9 year old son who is also autistic and he loves to play with our 1 yr old german sheperd. Its the only living that he will play/inter act with. He also play with members of the family only when he is told so but with our dog he likes to play with him. Animals really have an amazing way to inter act with a ppl.

  • Thank you for your comment. Yes, the bond between animal and human is extremely powerful. I think the nonverbal communication between a child with autism and a dog is very important, something we as humans can learn from and practice.

Thank you again for watching the video and commenting.
