This Cartoon cost the DPRK about ₩949,000000000 and it still was a failure. They should have included the Soviet Union in the cartoons as well.. to be fair that is.
I love the way the animators have created the grass by using the Photoshop custom grass brush. They did it with love and care, but it's still the most basic custom brush there is.

@supertamal2000 That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, although him being in on it would explain the rather ridiculous ease with which the mice (ordinarily seen as clumsy and incapable of even the most basic tasks) were able to abduct him from his yacht in the first place.
@FrankinKal96 Apart from wearing glasses, he doesn't much resemble Kim Jong Il so I always assumed he was some random high-ranking public official as opposed to a Kim proxy. Kim is usually seen in bland-looking tunics instead of business suits.
@FrankinKal96 Having watched some versions with subtitles, the bespectacled mole (named as "Dr. Mole") is a North Korean scientist whom the wolves wanted because of his scientific research. Having obtained that I guess the wolf commander felt him of no further value, and consequently the show violently offs him for shock value.
