Baltimore is a 70% black city. If you are white, you will fell like the minority. The city has some good parts and some bad parts. Like you said though it is always too hot or always too cold. We get about two months of some good weather. The middle of April to the middle of May and the middle of September to the middle of October. This city sucks ass.
