The theme is stolen from Edward Grieg's Piano Concerto in A Minor, third movement, and there so I do not think Kinobe are genial musicians, although the interpretation of this theme is great, meaning- good musicians and even better thieves.
cheers for the reply:-) yeah been following kinobe from the start, love the new album esp cellestion, it,s hard to keep up with todays music, cause everyone goes mainstream but i think you guys have held it together very well, when i moved from the uk to denmark many years ago, i sort of lost touch with the british music culture, but back on a return:-)) anyways cheers for the great tunes!
well kinobe was 2 guys in the start, julius water and mark blackburn, i belive julius waters has lived in australia, anyways they made the firat 2 kinobe albums together then, it was dav pemberton and julius warters, they are are brit duo, that make chilled beats, check out there new album you can download it from itunes, if you like this then check out grantby, and funki porcini, 9lazy9, wagonchrist, waldeck, lemon jelly zero 7 etc
cool, your right, all pretty accurate lol. Julius and myself are now Kinobe, there is an african artist who annoyingly is going by the same name, but completely different music. Julius and myself are trying to keep Kinobe going on a shoestring with no backing.. just trying to put out some nice tunes for you guys! Thanks for all your support. Dave.
Thank you so much for making the music you do. You have no idea how it helps me get through the day sometimes. It helps me concentrate and temporarily get away at the same time. God Bless you and please continue to make the music you do. Thanks from Anthony in the States
Two blokes (was Julius Waters and Mark Blackburn, now JW with Dave Pemberton?) with time on their hands... Like many of the best bands - Lemonjelly, Bent, Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx, Air, Daft Punk, Leftfield, Kruder & Dorfmeister etc etc
cant wait to see if they realease the album or not mark blackburn is not part of kinobe anymore the new album was produced by dave pemberton and julius waters check out daves website and listen to celstion by kinobe.
Definitely awesome!

Can someone give some information about Kinobe? I'm confused as to whether he is a black musician or an electronic duo.
