Yes millions of children go missing each year, and I understand where you're coming from, the fact that in Madleiene's case she has had alot of media coverage, and her parents are white middle class, so they can afford to search abroad for her, and set up reward money etc. However i do not know each of the billion children individually, therefore i can not help raise awareness of them.
