its salters hill
i used to live on the road running along side it :)
its in the centre of a park on salters hill, near paxton green. nearest station is Gypsy hill, from there its about 5 mins walk.

recognised by "the Tit" grafitti on the centre cone.
The same park also has an old 1970s quarter pipe that goes beyond vert, with a 5 foot run up!!!!!!!!the worlds most useless purpose made skate obstacle.
