  • I like this guy, a lot. I like that he doesn't sugarcoat things. He tells you and shows you what you need, not the other way around. He's a legit martial arts master/self defense instructor and has the videos and certificates from various military and law enforcement agencies to prove it. His system is the shit!

  • Like from wat year this sh*t is?

  • Vintage Vu

  • bababam bam bam babababam bam xDD bam :D baM! xDD

  • u can see a lot of defining way of moving... of JKD... as like Bruce lee Moves.. since he is the founder of JKD :) and is it just me but paul is pretty rough with his practice buddies :P 0:56 check the dudes face.. when paul locks that arm xD

  • and then this and this and this can be a beat

  • His explanations flow as smooth as his skills.

  • I wonder if he broke that guys arm at :57! You hear a "snap", then theres a new guy! NEEEEXXXT!

  • this guy is a fucking beast

  • Jeet kune do is not a style people its a concept. A style would only bound you to a set pattern or way of doing things, crippling you from growing...

  • He is so fast the camera has a hard time capturing the movement.

  • That poor little punching bag.

  • Like Jimi Hendrix and all the 70s greats - would they have produced what they did without LSD? - would Mr. V here be the same without his coke/ yayo/ blow?

    No denying it, eh Paul?

  • Paul Vunak is one of the baddest MF out there!!!!!

  • Thats really great and very effictive, but up to full speed with a guy that really pissed off is all of this still possible? I know that sounds like a dumb question but I just don't see how you would know what move to use theres alot of a angles, differant punches comming at you all in 1/10th of a sec not to mention if your in a bar, chairs, bar stools and tables are in your way. I guess hours of practice would help in real world situations. Great video thanks for posting it!

  • @aandc2005 Go with the energy, and don't think of chairs as obstacles, think of them as weapons.

  • @00:47 Nix that middle finger man.

  • what if i can't kick that high? :/

  • @freakerpeter ... then kick lower, duh!

    ;D

  • @Shitnames then i make those "boom" sound after i hit?

  • @freakerpeter Yeah, exactly...

    SONIC BOOM!!! XD

  • I think vunak shows some good stuff, but some over complex stuff which in reality which he trains for does not fit well.

  • damn i wuld never talk shit to you xD

  • 2 people that dislike this got their ass beat by this guy

  • He kicks ass but he sounds like he making a music record.

  • What kind of style is this ? Jeet kune Do and Arnis/Kali?

  • @Ben1987X it's a combination of the two... it doesn't matter which style you use as long as the techniques "flow"...

  • @joexxv Okay I just wonder what kind of style if was :-) Looks awesome!

  • bang bang bang one two three ba da boom!

  • lol i love paul not only does he know his stuff he presents it in a way that makes u laugh ba ba bam lol

  • bim bum bam ...ring ading...uh ah haaa....Johnny Bravo strikes in...

  • 0:35

    Thats my kick. "BAYM!"

    LMFAO!

  • i like this sound effects

  • FFS. You need to play this in slow motion to see this. This must be one of the world's fastest Martial Artists, thank you for your years of training and focus - you have just inspired me!

  • how faaaats????? is that a fast forward???? :P

  • omg sooo fast.

  • Press 8 and bam away!

  • Lol. Repeat 1:21

  • damn this dude is hella fast

  • Beating him emotionally aha

    He is fast as lightening

  • But what if theyre not southpaws? Every Video of anyone that does wing chun or JKD (and im not doubting them, I know they know how to fight Orthodox Stance fighters) is them against another southpaw. Seriously, Some of us do want to see your techniques for non southpaws

  • @dss103 Bruce Lee taught to lead with the power, which means if you are right handed, you lead with your right hand.

Traditional boxing is the opposite, so the south-paw stance can actually be a jeet kun do fighter leading with his power.

  • The best "teacher" i've ever had, physically, and in "life-lessons". I thank Joe Maffei for introducing me to perhaps the "craziest" guy i've ever known.

  • man this guy looks gay but he can really mess someone up.

  • @bmx2dayy You're probably one of those people who call EVERYONE gay

  • bam bam bam, bam bam bam, bam BAM.

This is fun for both the eyes AND ears! =)

  • damn hes fast lol

  • this guy got some skills man

  • this wont work in a street fight, i promise

  • @nickhallnh40

    shut the fuck up

  • Trop fort

  • Best defence is being able to see trouble before it happens. Eg: it's 11:30 p.m. and you and your buddy are still in the bar. 3-4 guys are kind of rowdy. Why wait for trouble. Go home

  • @sparwood8 You are right but sometimes you can't run away from trouble. Once we were out with friends, we went into a supermarket when we got out there were some types who just wanted trouble. We made everything possible to make it a friendly conversation when one of them hit me (if I'm hit then I hit) and the good thing is that we could hold them back for the girls to run away (nobody knew what they would do) then me and my friend ran away in different directions.

  • @blindcheto95 You won, even though you took a shot. You are still alive. I had to take care of a problem something like that about 3 years ago. Not fun, I dropped the guy, but not something I want to 'boast' about.. At 65, I am too old for that crap

  • @sparwood8 well said thats the ultimate defence man :

  • @sparwood8 I agree, I agree...

  • @sparwood8 if you were able to predict everything that might happen in your lifetime, sure. but humans are fallible.

some guy stops you outside of the bar before you can get to your car, now what?

  • @sparwood8 :you´re 100% right, but, it gives situations you can´t lane off those guy´s and they want to have trouble with you.... than it´s good, if you know how to get alive out of this situation. paul vunak is something like an god in human body for me ,cause he is no liar and knows, what he´s talking about. he makes no secrets and is the best teacher of sv i´ve ever seen. i´m german and here is wing chun really popular and many guy´s do it, but most(if not 99%) have to pay a lot and get lies

  • @sparwood8 Thats what my trainer used to say, best way to win a fit is not be there in the first place xD.

  • @sparwood8 I completely agree. Most people aren't aware of trouble before it starts. They just don't recognize the warning signs. It's like rotting food in the fridge. It starts by looking green, then it starts to smell. Don't wait till it rots. By then it's too late. Vunak mentioned a similar concept in Street Safe. After a fight leave the place (the bar) immediately or else the guys will come back with more weapons and friends.

  • and here I thought kung fu had no practicality at all..

  • what if a person way bigger then you and stronger and tall

  • @chess9920012002 Any thug/punk who starts with you thinks he can take you. SO you don't look tough. two good jabs and a solid right hand most often upset them big time. = tables turned. If and when they see you are un-shaken and look like U have a plan they get nervous. If not, they go berserk. Easy to take a guy who is flipping out.

  • Best MMA fighter ever. I would like to see him vs Anderson Silva.

  • hahaha fastest man alive

"bam bom baam poww" lmao funny guy love to see him in a real fight :P

  • 0:34

    BA BAB BAH BOOM!

This guy should write for fucken Batman comics ..

  • what a dumbass. what if both people in a fight are both doing their rehersed routine? haha

  • @timusic16

He demoing a principles you dumbfucks. He never claimed that people stand there and take shots all day. This guy has been in more fights then all you computer warriors combined. By the way this guy is in his fifties and i bet hes still faster then any of you. This guy was training with the gracies in the 80s when most of you were still being potty trained. He was cornering for royce gracie when you guys didnt know what bjj was.

  • @chodykumbra He's in his fifties and I wouldn't want to get into even a boxing ring w him. Of course I am 65... but even if 35... he'd be a challenge to box against and in the street, forget it. No go, No thanks.. and he doesn't LOOK all that tough. Remember this if you get into a hassle with someone who looks like Pat Boone

  • @sparwood8 Hey good to see an older person doing JKD. Martial arts help keeps the joints from being stiff and keeps the mind healthy. Im 20 years young but i plan on doing martial arts until im way into my golden years.

  • @sparwood8 AND ill continue to do martial arts even then

  • @dss103 People get old because they stop exercising. Most quit in their early 20's Fat at 35, wheezing at 50, can't climb stairs at 60. That's a drag, man. I do mostly weight lifting ( intensely, but not into breaking any records) and I hit the heavy bag 2-3 rounds. Most of the newer bags are like concrete. Designed by sadists... running about 13-14% fat. 3 sessions a week for about an hour and ten mns, incl the 2-3 rounds n the bag. That's all it takes

  • @sparwood8 Sounds like your in great shape and thx for the info, Its greatly appreciated. I wish there was a JKD school around where i live though. Closest school is at least 30 minutes away but oh well, Eventually Ill end up going to it anyways lol. This stuff is too good to pass up!

  • @chodykumbra Best comment on the page

  • @timusic16 don't call him a dumbass.. You don't know anything about him. He is a great fighter and teacher. What are you? His system is one of the best streetfighting systems today.

  • stupid movements, nobodys gonna wait like that.. horrible again..

  • Its a shame not everyone can be this good at a martial art its a damn shame

  • But what if I do Bam Buddaa Bam Then BOOM!!! Think about it.

  • LMAO! Who's going to stand there holding their arm out all day so you can hit it 59 times? Nice demo... adds to my collection...

  • the first dude he was demonstrating with look like he shitted his pants :p paul vunak is badass

  • bam bam bam, bada bam bam, baaaam, great!

  • how am i suppost to learn how to street fight from the master if i he is to fast!!!!

  • Paul Vunak is awesome, I like to see all these people who say he's "shit" try and fight him, they will lose, and lose in seconds!

  • wow, more than faster

  • hees so fuckin fast man who could survive fighting this guy

  • fucking hell thats the fastest thing i'v ever seen

  • I like paul vunak! He`s always drumming during training and talks about "ritme"..he`s right! boom, bam ,slam,klábang!good work!
