I never seen an old song from the early 90's be made later into a mid 2000's video... I mean if you're gonna do that, try these things:

1 - make the quality of the video and audio match... the audio is muffled and "tr00" but the video quality is very superb. Feels weird watching it.

2 - make a video that is somewhat interesting!

3 - ... or altogether just don't make a video of a old song! Or at least just show the band performing the song.

Judging by the style of clothing worn by the actors in the video, it looks like it's at least from the mid to late 90s or even the early 2000s. There's no way this is was released in 1991.
