Hey, what lead embellishments do you use to play the voice so accurately in the melody? And did you create this back track yourself, with what software if you did? Ah these may seem like basic questions for someone who is familiar with using music technology but for me this is a maze, ha I always worry about asking these questions to musicians in person. Hey, don't worry about asking question,s I'm a noob myself when it comes to technology....so the backing tracks are karaoke versions of the song that I find on youtube. Just type in "hey soul sister karaoke" for example. amazing, you can find almost eery popular song! And for the melody i use my ear....and bend and slide whenever i think it fits...good luck!
