what do you mean? this is how the gameplay is, this isnt like the usual fps where your character has supernatural abilities and is significantly stronger than everything else. In this game your just as strong as your opponent so you gotta stay with your group and use cover and tactics to take out your enemy. Who wants to play a game where you 1 hit everything and you can take 100 shots without dying and are immune to headshots?

I take it you didn't like the survival aspect of stalker. That was one of the great things about it imo. Also sounds like you need to learn to aim. I had no problems with accuracy. I'll admit that the stealth was broken though that too pissed me off. Over all I still liked the game.

Its a prequel (Common for expansion packs and "follow ons" these days) your still the marked one, your mission is still to kill strelok (You won't be able too because that would contradict the orginal), however you can join just about any faction (Although im not sure about the millitary and the bandits etc) and they've edit 50% of the old areas, removed 50% of them (Not sure about that, they might of simply left them untouched), added 50% new area (The Marshes being one)

I note that it still takes nearly a full magazine to kill somebody unless you get headshots. I hope they made certain weapons more accurate (e.g. ak74u) and I do hope they made shotguns useful. (e.g. 3 blasts at close range should punch through medium armour, unlike SOC where 8 blasts at close range barely tickle armoured humans)

I liked the first bit with things falling over, but then it's just someone standing putting scores of bullets into enemies who don't flinch at all until they die on the 50th bullet or so. With enemies firing constantly back without wounding the player substantially.

there are two things I didn't like in soc.

1.there were many bugs but that was ok I was able to live with them

example:for the freedom mission I had to repport to max but max was dead and I still had to report to him even after dhe duty squad was annihilated

2.you couldn't really use your money

me for example had 150 000 rupals or someting like that and I think I used only 5000of them for shotgun ammo for chases and some medpacs

I just hope cs will use money more and personalasing the npc's
