  • i agree, it is quite roughly played. 0:35 on just sounds cacophonous

  • CornDoctor, I'd like to see you even attempt to play that fast. Don't rag on someone's technique when you don't even know a single thing about music so you can take your comment and shove it.

  • Lol i will let you know that I've been playing violin for 7 years, my friend. I do know a thing or two about music :)

  • Yeah.....it's the bouncing technique.

  • yes he is supposed to sound that way because he is using a bow technique called ricochet, this is when you bounce the bow to create a more violent sound.

  • did he play a viola here ???

  • no he used a violin

  • the violin was larger than him!! lol xD

  • So I can conclude that you play violin?

  • bouncing and richochet are two way different things...u gotta learn that

  • oh.... ok what's the difference?

  • its hard to explain over the internet by just leaving comments, so go look it up

  • no it isnt, they are one in the same. They get the term "ricochet" from the force of the bow being stopped and "ricochetting" on the string, creating a bouncing effect.

  • wow
