Wowzers, check out Lydon popping up 6minutes in, during his PIL 'Rise' phase. still sounds so good. Can you imagine how it sounded to us in '86? That was over twenty years ago! I wish I could afford the fifty quid to see them on tour this year but hey, if Mick is still making moolah from this then best of bloody British. Lol...got straight trousers? It will give you flares...
this was the album of the year 1986 played it round and round. went to see them late 87 and bought a red courduroy baseball cap with the BAD logo on the front and i was truly the coolest dude in the area . then that t*at jackson sang i'm bad , i,m bad and it all went wrong. even now when i put my retro BAD t- shirt on my 12 year old daughter gives me - i,m bad ,im bad ,you know it ,- who's bad !.jackson - you cnut !!!
Anyone give a def answer here......? I know Neneh Cherry is in Beatbox vid and was a pal of the band, Is it me or is it definitely her in this vid too? looks like the same two girls in both vids.....this is just a classic, respect to all BAD fans young and old......they are and always will be the greatest most innovative band in my life.
pure funk what a band best of 80s by far. london calling album of 79 bad1and11 the globe albums for the 80s i meant things to me in my life unlike the yank shite the youth of today are tuned into i dont carry a gun or live on the south side no wonder there all so mixed up havent got an identity from whats in the charts.
My dad showed me this band recently, (I'm 18 and not heard much epic old stuff) and I just fell in love :D Listening to all his old stuff. This and The Clash are just sex.
WOW - I had the album, but had never seen the video.
Mick Jones getting to shoot Joe Strummer and Paul Simonon (and then getting to take a shot at Johnny Rotton too). I had no idea Mick was on talking terms with Joe and Paul when this video was made.
Love the video - can't understand why the song did not do better in the UK charts - it is a better track than E=MC2
It makes me sad seeing Mick, Joe and Paul all together. Shame The Clash were never able to reform.
Yer, but this video was recorded whilst there was still a legal dispute with the name "The Clash", which Mick had originally threatened to use with Topper when he was kicked out of the band. I had previously thought the reconcilliation began when Joe turned up and worked on the lyrics or BAD's second album. It just seems strange to see Joe and Paul in a video of Mick's that was recorded not that long after Cut The Crap was released.
Love the cameos from Joe Strummer, Paul Simonon and John Lydon. Brilliant!

@phantomghoulie They did get together to receive an award the same year Joe died. What makes me sad is that Topper Headon wasn't in this too.
