Like all Japanese cartoons, the animators never try to match up the artwork with the sound.

Us being used to it, we see it as them actually singing it.

The term "ding fries are done" is showing that there is a bell (ding) when the fries are done frying. They are not some sort of special fries at burger king called "ding fries"
