when you get high you reach a peak, if you keep smoking past that peak you're not going to get any higher. since in europe bud is rarer, we mix it with tobacco so we can put just the right ammount of weed to get us stoned and still have a nicely sized jay. if you smoke a pure bud jay, you're just going to reach your peak and just keep smoking the rest, which is a waste. ive tried both. personally i prefer it with tobacco.
