Actually Lester Levenson said more than once that you are already the freedom that you are seeking. So the title should be "Rare video of Lester Levenson describing how to UNCOVER the freedom that you are..." if you try to GET freedom you will never get/find/achive it.

2009 is the 100th anniversary of his born. He died in 1994.
