  • I hate to tell you guys, but the Book of Mormon is a hoax.

  • @NavajoJoe66 - I'm considering the source for a second... times up. Nope, the Book of Mormon is authentic and still true. Still brought to the world by the power of God. Still a book compiled by an ancient author by the name of Mormon. Still hidden up into the earth by Moroni... still VERY much from the house of Israel.

One day you'll have to explain to the powers that be why you chose to ignore it for your entire life. You can try to blame others on that day but the blame rests upon each man.

  • @THELDSLIFE You sound like a Muslim talking about the Koran, with your veiled threats. LOL

I have examined the Book of Mormon, and it doesn't take much effort to determine that it is a 19th century pious fraud. Sorry. You're wasting an inordinate amount of time and money on a hoax. And you'll never get that time and money back. You really should put a little critical thought into this, free yourself from your delusional beliefs.

  • @NavajoJoe66 - Suppose you'd better hope that there is no one such as Nephi:

"And you that will not partake of the goodness of God, and respect the words of the Jews, and also my words, and the words which shall proceed forth out of the mouth of the Lamb of God, behold, I bid you an everlasting farewell...

    2 Nephi 33: 14, 11

"And if they are not the words of Christ, judge ye—for Christ will show unto you, with power and great glory, that they are his words, at the last day;"

  • @THELDSLIFE Two can play that game.

"Now that a Book confirming their own has come to them from God, they deny it...they reply: 'We believe in what was revealed to us.' But they deny what has since been revealed, although it is truth...Say: 'Whoever is an enemy of Gabriel' will surely find that God is the enemy of the unbelievers. The unbelievers resent that any blessings should have been sent down to you from your Lord. " - Holy Qur'an, Surah 2:88, 98, 103

  • @NavajoJoe66 - Are you Muslim?

  • @THELDSLIFE No I am not. But I've read the Qur'an, and I've found it to be as wholly nonsensical and man-made as the Book of Mormon, Bible, D&C, PoGP, etc. They're all pious frauds and anyone who really cares about whether their beliefs are true would easily come to the same conclusion. It's the 21st century, information is freely available to non-scholars. There is no excuse for believing in this nonsense at this point.

  • @NavajoJoe66 - have you inquired of the Lord? Or shall I say, have you sought to know that there is a God? If you think it is unnecessary to do so, then God would also deem it unnecessary to prove his existence. Why show mankind that HE IS if mankind would still deny him and not serve with and for him? It would condemn mankind to have a PERFECT knowledge of God and have them STILL rebel against him. We have been sent to this earth to be tested. When it is all over, who can we turn to for blame?

  • @THELDSLIFE The problem is that prayer isn't a reliable method for determining the truth of a proposition. If it were, we wouldn't have so many contradictory religions. Right?

And even if this supernatural being you profess belief in revealed himself to me, it wouldn't follow that I'd find him praiseworthy. The god you believe in endorses slavery, genocide, human and animal sacrifice, vicarious redemption, and he rewards belief over character. I personally find these attributes reprehensible.

  • @NavajoJoe66 - the reason why there are SO many religions is because man does not always agree with the Lord's plan. Satan, as well, has been BUSY BUSY for centuries easily derailing the children of God from that original plan. Those belonging to God's program were said to be few for many reasons... one of which being: They know not where to find the truth... for others, they are deceived. Many of the worlds problems stemmed from the days of Noah and the flood; separating humanity into many.

  • @THELDSLIFE The problem is that EVERY monotheistic religion claims to be the one representing "God's plan." And they can all justify those beliefs with scripture and affirmative answers to their prayers from God himself. Even the LDS movement has several different schisms, each claiming to be the "truth." Just like every other religion. How obvious does it have to be that religion is man-made?

BTW, you do know that Noah's flood is a myth, right? It's been conclusively disproved. Look into it.

  • @NavajoJoe66 "But not all of them are accommodated by "NHM." Right? "

    No

    Why??

Anyways, of course the BofM has enough details to a specific location of Nahom, no need of the maps

  • "... and I was in this land and they would not receive me, but they cast me out and I was about to set my back towards this land forever."

    Alma 8:24 -

This is evidence that Joseph Smith translated this book vs wrote it. If Joseph wrote it, proper English = "Turn my back against it." vs a phrase such as, "Set my back towards"

    (An authentic Egyptian Phrase, BTW)

No where in the Bible does it read one sets his back towards the land he chooses to no longer visit..." and it's not proper English.

  • There is NOTHING in the ground as for as the bom !

  • @bomNotUnderTheGround

Lemme guess... you don't believe there was a sealed book underground that was to come forth as Isaiah predicted it would.

Well at least your name wasn't

PantsOnTheGround or else you'd be telling me about people who look like fools with their pants on the ground...

  • thanks for this vid! simple but strong!

  • Elder Carmack, an emeritus General Authority, went on an exploratory trip to Mexico shortly after his call from President Gordon B. Hinckley to start the PEF program. He and his assistants, Rex Allen and Chad Evans, a former mission president, sought scriptural guidance during the trip.

  • I know that God is not as easy to understand as we think we have him figured out. When it is best to tell him that we love him and Thank him for Jesus and then let him quide us to do the best we can.,God Bless You.smile

  • All who read this comment thread can read @ChurchOfKali66619's comments and come to know for themselves very quickly how saddening his language and lack of tact truly is.

The fact that he must resort to name-calling and foul language in an attempt to lash out at Mormons is reason enough to discard anything that he says.

Active Mormons strive to treat these types of people with kindness despite their inability to do likewise.

  • @DefendingMormonism

For this reason alone, I leave his comment up.

Credibility is gone and I want all to know.

  • Thank the GODS I'm a Pagan! Fuck ol' Joe Smith and ALL would-be tyrrants!!!

  • @TirianCreed

And until that day that all those things are revealed, we must simply have faith to continue moving forward, sometimes in the dark.

How often does God want to simply say to people, "O, ye of little faith"?

  • And just for the record, that preachy fuck King Benjamin can kiss my ass. But that will never happen cuz he never existed anyway, except in Joseph Smith's mind. His brilliant mind that is.

  • satan has managed to divide God's people through relgion and this is so sad. God Bless You All.

  • @wordofadvice1

Satan's primary job is to separate mankind from God. All other squabbles that he creates between the faiths are just appendages of the work which Satan does on the earth.

I am still around for you, so long as you want to know things. I have not pre-judged you.

I hope you do not do the same about me.

  • @wordofadvice1

At least you've identified the true culprit.

  • Cool fairy tale, almost as good as some of Grim's.

  • same as the bible, right?

  • @crossoldman

Many people today still think that the story of Jesus Christ is a fairytale.

  • And they are right, it is. Though not as well written as Grim's.

  • Well, you block all PM's, except "friends" and you censor comments. Typical little warrior of Nephi you are, ass.

Cowards, bullies and lying thieves; gosh, you people really ARE conservative!

  • @ChurchOfKali66619

    Who blocks comments?

As for my page, I filter comments that go onto my page because it is a family channel.

Furthermore, the Lord has given his followers a charge to avoid foul language and filthy communication. This is something that I hope many aspire to do as a true believer.

The more comments the better as far as I'm concerned if they stay clean.

If I make you a friend, can I hold you to the same standard that I keep when writing on pages or video comment threads?

  • No, fortunately, I've never had to suffer through a Mormon church service;it's against my religion to attend a Christian church.

So, anyone who criticizes anything about the Hole-y Mormon church is "filled with hate?" Gosh, you Dilberts really ARE just like Scientologists!

    Blasted Be!

  • @ChurchOfKali66619

Many churches are easier to belong to.

Some of the members of my faith, at some point, are invited to sell all that they have to follow the cause of Christ. Even the casual member of the LDS church tends to do much more than just attend the 3 three hours on Sunday. Agreed... you haven't had to suffer through a lifetime of Mormon service as well.

  • Yes, how wonderful art thou, oh my Bastard! A semi-literate thief pulls a con-job and, years later, retards are still giving away the lion's share of their income and going on "missions" to preach his garbled nonsense.

And now we've got actual Mormon missionaries with "a skin of blackness on them" because the "Revelator" says it's okay. HAW HAW HAW!!!!!

  • @ChurchOfKali66619

Why all the anger and angst?

Have you had personal experiences with members of the Church that have left you bitter and unhappy?

You have used pretty strong language against people who are simply doing their best to follow God - as imperfect as they (and we all!) might be.

Will holding on to that anger ever bring you peace? Let it go, my friend.

  • What a great idea to refer to Fairwiki, where the most of the answers are to find according to the silly claims agianst Mormons. You do a great job, and I going to translate these ideas to German.

  • And for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren. Deuteronomy 33:13-17 respectively...

  • I've always wanted to read this book!

    Its a great book!

  • @TheKangarooGuy

The Book of Mormon changed my life and brings me closer to God each time I open its pages.

It truly does testify of Jesus Christ, and frankly, is one of the main reasons that I have faith and believe in a Savior and Redeemer who so many today argue is simply a fairytale.

  • @TheKangarooGuy

According to the great Satanic Saint Mark Twain, The Book of Mormon is "simply chloroform in print." I couldn't agree more. Anyone who gets "closer to God" from reading such nonsense has some serious issues and some definitely repressed sexual desires: It shows in their face, it shows in their fate and it shows, most distinctly, in their faith.

  • @ChurchOfKali66619

Last time I checked, God was the authority on world truth and not Mark Twain.

  • @TheKangarooGuy If u read this wonderful gift and guide givin to us in these lasts days, with sincere intent to know of it's truthfulness, my brother u have gained EVERYTHING!!!

  • I've never thought of it like this before!

  • Its amazing to me how a book, written by men so closely related to the house of Israel, were inspired of the Lord to record their dealings with him! It has been prophesied that the seed of Joseph would be a blessed one of the Lord and their influence would be felt by nations and so they have! The Book of Mormon is a true record from the Seed of Joseph and invites all men to "come unto christ" and be perfected in him and is right up to par with the Bible on this. It is needed more than we know!

  • Thankful already for the many blessings that have happened on my channel. Hundreds have already viewed this any other videos! Thank you all!
