What level does eevee involve into umbreon

@prien12 I forgot what level, but you'd have to train your Eevee and have it evolve during the night time IN your game, not in real life time. unless the game and your time are the same ^^"

1.make it have full happiness

2.AT NIGHT TIME have it level up

3.make sure its not day time befor leveling Eevee up or it will evolve into Espeon!

@prien12 In the older games, I think eevee does evolve at a certain level, but in the newer games like SoulSilver, eevee will only evolve at the momment it is most happy *I think, it might be like the older games*
