@Doughboy2213 *spoiler and whatnot* Yeah, Shanks and Buggy were both members of Rodgers crew, and were actually good friends (it was Shanks that made buggy eat his devil fruit), Rodgers, at some point, gave Shanks the hat, then, of course, he gave it to Luffy. You can see Rodgers wearing the hat when he first met Rayleigh, but not when he is fighting Shiki, Shanks being seen clearly wearing the hat, which also means that Shanks received the hat fairly early on

The day One Piece gets animation smoothness like FMA:B is the day all other shows will just shrivel up and die.

@00Clank thats because Bone's pockets are much deeper than Toei's, and they only had to make a series that was around 60 episodes long, while One Piece has been airing for over ten, with over 500 episodes, so of course One Piece doesn't look as nice as FMAB

Naruto was nice at the beginning (before the timeskip), but than Kishimoto ruined EVERYTHING. Bleach is still nice, but it is not a big deal, while One Piece started great and continued better and better. It is the best manga ever and I really hope it will be read as a japan masterpiece one day!

@BJMKBKNLU I really liked Naruto's characters! Some of them were really original, such as Shikamaru. And I liked naruto's fightings too, because they were a little "intellectual" (with some exceptions, of course!) while now battles are "dragonball-style", with ninjutsu which can destroy mountains, plans, town etc. etc. XD and moreover I don't find new characters intresting! (sorry for my bad english BTW, i'm italian XD )

@CCSir Yep, I agree. Basically all of the older characters are practically useless these days (remember the days when Rock Lee could kick Sasuke and Naruto's ass?). One of my favorite character was Rock Lee, now he is basically useless. Another one was Hidan, but he died in a few episodes.

@BJMKBKNLU Yeah Rock Lee was awesome! A ninja who couldn't use ninjutsu but was still stronger than Sasuke! I'm lucky because my favourite characters are Shikamaru and Gaara who still fight now and then. But really, Kishimoto had some very good characters who he didn't use enough :(

It was so fun to read, all of the epicness~ But the Anime/manga that stole my heart, Got to be One Piece! All the times it has made me Laugh, all the time it has made me Cry. The series has, like 537 series (propably more now) and it's still as AWESOME and interesting and funny and touching as it was when it first began! It just doent run out of ideas!

Naruto got really boring with time, as has Bleach, cuz they're not too global. One Piece is just HUGE! The heroes, the setting, the world, the enemies... everything is perfect! Every character has his very own personality.

And the boobs are great too :3

@satsuki122 Akainu punched him with his magma fist after striking through Jinbe, his intent was to kill Luffy but he only seared his skin, leaving the scar.

It's funny because he also killed Luffy's brother Ace and became the Fleet Admiral.. so the scar has incredible significance to Luffy's development. Usopp became fat because he pigged out on the food on the island he was sent to by Kuma when the straw-hats were seperated. He later lost all the fat and gained muscle.

I watch other anime like Fairy Tail, Naruto and many more as well. But I feel they cannot compare with One Piece. When I watch One Piece I can really get emotional despite being a guy. You can get really angry at Akainu when he killed Ace, get really depressed when Ace died and a lot of scenes in One Piece are really touching and inspiring. It makes you feel like you can do anything. So, I can understand why people want to defend One Piece from the rest, because it is the BEST!
