@Teachersofjustice Actually, I didn't find these. I had taken a few guitar lessons when I made this video so my instructor helped me learn this.

The only chords I used in this song are:

Cadd9: 032033

G: 320033

D: xx0232

D/F#: 2x0233

C: x32010

The beginning part where I'm picking is just an Em shape and I used my pinky and ring finger to hit those two notes you hear on the high E string.

I hope that isn't too confusing..
