Its true about not needing to do abs, I got a six pack from cleaning up my diet, and incorporating pull ups into my workouts on back and bicep days and leg days (as a little extra)

I say this because i have similar body fat percentage to a friend of mine, but when he tenses his stomach, he has a six pack, its not mega defined or anything, but you can see it. Im confused about what body type I am. I was skinny as hell as a kid I mean skin and bone. But as I got older into 13 14 I started to get real chubby from eatin fried chicken all the time. the biggest waste of time i see is guys absolutely killing themselves with cardio and they think thats gonna make upo for too many starchy carbs and sugar in there diet. my advice is to stick to meat and green veges, and if your gonna do cardio do a 15 minute bike ride or fast walk. thats 10 times better than if you ran 5 miles and then came home and ate 1 meal with a starchy carb and then had some sprite.
Guys don't listen to them, buy those eXtreme Mega Über Abs machines from TVstore! :D 5min daily of wearing the belt and in a week you'll lose all your fat!

@jaime0787 sooo based on that strength training is first and then cardio following that cuz if u do it the other way while u do even 1hr. of cardio ur body is just burning glycogen the entire time which means ur not burning fat ur just burning the sugar u ate so u won't gain weight but u wont lose any either but wit strength training first it depletes the glycogen storage and then when u begin cardio u burn body fat directly as ur energy source which equals weight loss and that's y :)
@jaime0787 u do cardio after weight training cuz when u begin weight training ur body has glycogen u kno which is sugar that ur body converts into energy which is then used, but the reason y weight training is first is cuz ur body uses the glycogen more rapidly while strength training so then after ur body used all the glycogen aka sugar energy then when u commence cardio ur body has no more glycogen so it uses ur body fat as the main energy source n cardio is best for fat burning

You should run before exercising because of the time it takes to repair the different muscle groups, when running it only takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to fully repair the muscles used while running, while doing compound movements like they suggest it takes 24 hours. As well as that, each muscle group repairs differently and need their time to repair, and if they both try to repair at the same time, or one group repairs after another, then it will in a sense over ride the previous one.

@jaime0787 u do cardio after weight training cuz when u begin weight training ur body has glycogen u kno which is sugar that ur body converts into energy which is then used, but the reason y weight training is first is cuz ur body uses the glycogen more rapidly while strength training so then after ur body used all the glycogen aka sugar energy then when u commence cardio ur body has no more glycogen so it uses ur body fat as the main energy source n cardio is best for fat burning

Triceps (1 Drop Set): Choose 1 Triceps exercise. Pick a weight you feel you'll be able to perform 6 - 10 perfect reps, and work 1 set to failure. Immediately drop the weight by 50% and continue to work to complete failure. As with all sets, you should work every set to failure, 10 repetitions should be your graduating point. Just remember to always work every set to failure regardless of the rep count

You should run before exercising because of the time it takes to repair the different muscle groups, when running it only takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to fully repair the muscles used while running, while doing compound movements like they suggest it takes 24 hours. As well as that, each muscle group repairs differently and need their time to repair, and if they both try to repair at the same time, or one group repairs after another, then it will in a sense over ride the previous one.
