  • I was having MASSIVE overheating issues with my cell. try using less baking soda in your electrolyte mixture. this solved my heating issue period. good luck!

  • try running the cell at its tuned efficient voltage, overdriving the cell is causing heat, which is a loss of eff. instead of making hho its making heat. 14vx20a should be about .5L per minute, it could be 1L per minute, and wouldn't get hot.

  • To reduce heating place larger space between the plates, leaving everything else the same.
