  • I'm sorry but you own a TVR and put cherrybombs on it? isn't that what chavs put on there Corsas'?

  • the system was made up for me by haywood & Scott who are based in basildon Essex.

  • Hi. Great car! Ive just bought a tuscan and had it decatted. The engine is the same so I was wondering if you could tell me where you got yours done so I could recreate it on mine? Thanks

  • Did/does this car have the ACT cherry bomb system fitted? or is it something else?

    Sounds fantastic. Gorgeous colour too.

  • @jhop43

Custom cherry bombs not the ACT ones

  • I dont think the engineers intended on these cars having after market exhausts fited on to them by the sound of this one....sorry

  • i live in malaysia and own a chimaera here its the only Tvr model they have.the T350c is really on my list of must have, even though i ll have to import it.cheers

  • I think you're embarrassed to rev it any higher. Cherry bombs? Come on, everybody knows that they're the biggest pos mufflers/glasspacks.

  • I love this car so much i'm seriously looking at buying one in the new year.....my only concern is that when i go to some of the genuine TVR garages there are 2-3 cars that state they have had an engine rebuild at very low mileage....should i be concerned about this?

  • Pre 2003, the engines were not very reliable. After 2004 (or after a full rebuild), they are bulletproof.

  • Yes. Engine rebuilds are common for TVRs. You can buy a TVR with a FFF Finger Follower Free engine though.

  • fantastic noise. I am sure I have seen your car before? Do you live around Lancashire?

  • I don't live in Lancashire but the previous owner does so it's possible you've seen the car before. I've had the car for a little under 2 years now.

  • ahh I see. I go to TVR gatherings occasionally and whenever I have been there has been a T350c just like yours in the same colour and with larger exhaust outlets and it sounds so much louder and better than standard. What is it like owning the car? One of our family friends has a grey Tamora and it has frequent problems although that is likely to be down to lack of use!

  • Fantastic to own but not cheap to run, but probably cheaper then other cars delivering the same level of performance. They do need to be used regularly as your friend is finding out.

  • @StuRaz Yes correct. TVR's require constant mechanical attention, but are well worth it!

  • best sounding TVR!!!!!!

  • Very decent sounding T this.

  • Nice! Bet the neighbours love you even more now!
