「神に愛された」というのは、知能面での発達遅滞（昔はこんな概­念なかったでしょうから定かではありませんが）の婉曲表現として­しばしば使われる言葉。

ドストエフスキーの「カラマーゾフの兄弟」にそっくりな状況が存­在するが、そっちは母子ともども大切に扱われていたような・・・

ひどく哀しい話ですね。

the story is about two sisters, one(little sister) blessed and loved, the other(big sister, who is singing) was ignored

one day the mother dies of an illness and the big sister took her sister in and worked day and night so her little sister didn't have to work.

the men started acting kind to them, while the women started getting colder toward them.

then one day, the land lady claimed the little sister stole her husband(i think) and killed her.

enraged, the big sister killed the land lady

One day, the landlady accuses the younger sister of stealing and strikes and kills her... The older sister kills the landlady out of revenge but is found out and put to the stake to be put on fire.

It's basically about two sisters. And the younger sister is loved by all, and one day the younger sister let the fire go out and their mother die from an illness... and then villagers start visiting and the men in the village are acting really kind to the sistrs. The woman of the village grow colder to the sisters as time goes by. The older sister works hard to make her sister happy. Th older sister puts on a happy face even though the work is tough.
