  • You saved the wolf (or dog?):)

  • Yeah. You wanna make sumthinuvit?

  • wtf? if you wanna play res4 with the wiimote, get a wii with Res4 o_O

  • I wrote this script before RE4:Wii Edition came out.

  • oh....lol when did it come out for wii? xD

  • After I wrote the script.

  • Does the Wii Zapper work on the PC with the Bluetooth and Glovepie? If yes, can u show us plz?

  • The Wii Zapper is just a shell. It doesn't affect the functioning of the Remote and Nunchuk except to make them into a single unit. For this (and my newer, improved) RE4 script, that's not an ideal configuration.

  • can i ask u a question?

do u only use the wii controler or the whole thing?

  • I am using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk here. In my "Wiidux" video, I'm also using the Sensor Bar for more accurate aiming.

  • okay one more question

can we play using mouse?coz i maybe buying it and i wanna use with mouse. i dun wanna regret it u know...

  • There is a mouse mod you can apply to let you play with one, but the game doesn't support the mouse officially. The mouse mod emulates the analog stick of a controller.

  • It's almost harder playing with a mouse i think!eather is too low sense or too high.

  • o god...ive played the wii version and this...holy fuck...

  • how you can use the wiimote and the nunchuk in the pc?

  • Bluetooth and GlovePIE

  • it really looks like, its uber hard to aim correctly

  • It is. That's why I added IR support, which you can see in my Wiidux video. Works much better that way.

  • You should use a mouse, that control is too slow to aim.

  • By default, the game doesn't support a mouse. Only keyboard or gamepads. There's a mouse-aim mod, but it makes the mouse emulate the analog stick on a game pad. Check out my Wiidux video to see my improved, more responsive script.

  • do you have the mercenaries in the wii version?

  • The Wii version includes all the content that was added for the PS2 version, but with the the superior lighting engine, geometry detail, and textures of the Gamecube version, and anamorphic widescreen.

This is the PC version, though, and while it has the PS2 extras, it also has the worst graphics (and controls) of any of the versions.

  • To try and make it suck less use a mouse mod for RE4 and then see if you can use IR for aim. No offense I know its cause of a crappy port if you use anything besides gamepad but after playing the real Wii Edition this would feel like crap.

  • The mouse aim mod didn't help. That makes a mouse emulation joystick inputs, which adds another layer of complication. View my Wiidux video to see the better solution I found. It plays quite well with the revised script, though I still wouldn't give up my official Wii Edition for it.

  • I was having this problem with my 360 controller both my wired and wireless. It seems like the upper-right/left doesnt respond well. Im not sure if this is just the game or the 360 controller. Dont have another to test with.

Like, it sometimes stops me moving if Im trying to move forward and left/right.

  • dude how do you do that

  • Read my last reply.

  • Can you please tell me how to use the wiimote for RE4 PC,I dont know how to script it in.

  • Read my column, "Revolutionary," at NintendoWiiFanboy dot com

  • i didnt know they amde pc re4

  • Yep. And you can get it for $20 at Walmart.

  • dude this is great. good job. i see you have skills in pc's

  • Why did you buy the PC version, and enable the Wiimote when THERE IS A RE4 Wii game out already? What a waste of time to emulate.

  • I did this before the Wii Edition was released. There are plenty of people playing the PC version, but it's practically unplayable with the default keyboard controls. I thought I'd offer them some relief. My follow-up "Wiidux" script works even better than this and feels surprisingly similar to the official Wii Edition.

  • Hey irontiger, great vid.

Don't let these people bother you, they don't even know what they're talking about.

Very ingenious, I wish I knew how to do that kind of programming!

  • Thanks. Read my weekly column, Revolutionary, at Nintendo Wii Fanboy, where I'll be showing some of the other interesting things people are doing with their Wiis and Wiimotes, and giving some pointers to get started in writing GlovePIE scripts.

  • i im gonna get wii edition ryt now im about 2 leav 2 go buy it

  • From here on, automatic comments for this video will be disabled. Hopefully, this will get people to read the video description or watch the details of the video before reflexively moving to call "fake."

  • I have Wii Edition...

  • i believe it is fake. The buttons are definitely from PS2 version and Wii responds to every movement you make from your remote. when your aiming, alot of times i saw ur hand move however Leon did not.

  • Download the GlovePIE script and try it for yourself. This version of the script isn't as responsive as the updated one demonstrated in my IR Wiidux video.

  • mayb i can dis as a walktrough since its good graphic

  • Download the GlovePIE script and try it for yourself. Don't call anyone an idiot for not ignoring the evidence of fact, as you do.

  • this is the PC version its alot darker

  • I"m so glad that I got the pc version patched to 1.1 with mouseaim 2.0 installed. The crappy 3rd party port really makes the game more challenging. Holding the house for a steady shot without zig zagging the aim is intense. Also the graphics with the patch look so amazing they definetly did a great job!

  • Why does it show an X to pick up an item? It looks a lot like the PS2 icon, if you ask me.

  • The button graphics were replaced with a fan-made PS2 button pack. I didn't even realize it until commentors started pointing it out. My latest video shows the game with the default button graphics, but I've also got the official patch installed for better graphics, and I'm using an updated GlovePIE script for improved aiming accuracy. Watch my Wiidux video!

  • This is so fake!!!!

  • What's fake about it?

  • Do you even ask what's fake about!? My god! Did you ever saw a RE4 Wii Edition Trailer, well first of all the new game does not have a laser sight ok! It's a single crosshair and the action buttons that sup up on the screen are eventualy, an A or a B or another not buttons from a Playstation, so please, this is a horrible vid!!!

  • Nowhere do I claim that this is the Wii Edition. I've stated in the description and in the video that it's the PC version.

  • Well, the graphics certainly tell me that this is the PC version.

  • ????

  • yea, i think it's fake well enless you can change the option of cursor or laser sight which i dont belive you can do, but that still doesnt explain the X

  • The PC version of the game has a laser sight and custom button graphics can be added on. This is the PC version as stated in the description and the video's intro. Nowhere do I say this is the Wii version or it is played on a Wii.

  • to bad the wii version has a crosshair, not lasersight, and it has the X for p2s

  • Is that your way of trying to say this is fake?

  • Hmmm... interesting n_n

  • mmhm cool, you tried with the mouse mod?

  • Yeah. The mouse mod is fine for use with a mouse, but it's terrible to use with the Wiimote. The mouse mod essentially does what my latest script (with PPJoy) does. It makes the game think you're using a joystick, when you're actually using another input device. The Wiimote works better without the "mouse mod middleman."

  • yeah!

    well... thanks for the info

im only 13 years old an i know this level of english!

    (im mexican, repeat)

  • very fake

  • Do you really believe that?

  • the wii version is with a circle to aim!

sorry for my bad english, im mexican

  • I never claimed this was the Wii version. It's the PC version played with a Wii Remote using a Bluetooth adapter and a custom GlovePIE script. Most of that is stated in the description to the right of the video.

  • really?

sorry dude, but, why appears the "x" for the ps2 version?

  • I somehow installed a "button pack" without realizing it. There are fan-made graphics for different controllers that can be installed to the game. There's even Xbox 360 buttons and keyboard key graphics available. Watch my latest video to see the game with better graphics (through the official patch), the default button graphics, and an updated version of my GlovePIE script that uses the Wiimote's IR sensor.

  • you know, cuando is the re4 for the wio version?

  • This Tuesday, in North America.

  • that includes mexico, right?

  • I suppose. Cross your fingers.

  • are you people idiots? it said X to check and another thing is when you aim it has a cursor!

  • wow your accuracy is bad.. but thats to be expected since this isnt the actual wii version, very nice attempt though. i love it.

  • Check out my latest video! With an updated script, my aiming accuracy was greatly improved. I was able to shoot things that are barely visible on the screen.

  • theres ways

  • the accuracy is bad with the wii mote

  • Check out my latest video!

  • god looks hard at first. but you can do it well :)

  • dude, either that is SO fake, or the accuracy sucks...

  • Check out my latest video!

  • this looks really fake

  • Check out my latest video!

  • It IS Really Fake

  • What makes you so sure?

  • How did you do to play on your PC with a Wiimote :o ? Amazing.

  • Details are at my website.

  • This looks like the pc but why is the action button X like the ps2 version

  • seconded. Why is this?

  • do you own a wii or do you just have a wiimote?

  • I have a Wii, but this is the PC version.

  • Y?!~!?~!?~?!?

  • haha you made an resident evil 4: wii edition.. it will be out on the wii pretty soon, and the makers of it say it will be cheap (on an low price)

  • anyone noe how to get re 4 on pc for free?

  • Sorry, I can't have "that sort of thing" discussed here. If anyone posts a response to your question, I'll be removing it.

  • PC version, look the scenarios, they are mostly grey, you only can see that on PC version.

  • i have it on ps2 and its the ps2 version.

  • its the ps2 version damn idiot..look a 00:52 u see the X button of the ps2 controller.

  • It's the PC port. Get it, download my script, try it for yourself. Why should I fake it and then provide the script for download?

  • I think you're just using the PS2 version. Just look at 00:52.

  • well, the wii version will be out in a couple months. no reason to do all this.

  • There's plenty of reason. Not everyone can afford (or find) a Wii, but controllers aren't so hard to find. And there's a lot of people that have been disappointed in the PC port mainly because of the controls. This makes the PC port somewhat palatable.

  • ain't this the PS2 version?

you can definatly see it via the aiming system

  • It's the PC version. Played on a PC. With a Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Connected via Bluetooth. Interfacing through GlovePIE. Using a custom script I wrote. The script is available for download at my site.

  • owned, other person play xddd

  • Huh?

  • ps2 version naõ é a do pc ¬¬

  • get this fucking bullshit out of here you are not using the wii mote to aim they are not having that until the wii versioncomes out you faker. at least you sould of made it look real. even if you say this is real it looks fake as fuck mainly because i dont like people manipulating the wii

  • If I could understand what you were trying to say between expletives, I'd probably be able to tell you why you're wrong.

  • dang, that looks hard as hel

  • wii sux!!!!! joystick is da best

  • how did u get it on your wii

  • dude its re4 gamecube game on the wii

  • no, it's the pc version, this version has lowered graphics then the gamecube version and this has the low graphics on it.

  • Bingo! Just like it says in the video description.

  • thanks!

  • yeah resident evil 4 for the wii doenst even look like that it all ways shows an aim curser even when ur not aiming it makes it like this so you can aim easyer

  • wow the lag sucks, you aim, then he aims. Other than that very nice.

  • nice monitor.

  • you should be proud its showing ps2 buttons. ps2 rules all RIGHT ON!

btw i just got resident evil and suck at it. i pity myself for not even trying anymore(since i only got it for $1.50)

  • How did you get the PlayStation buttons? PC originally has numbered buttons instead of the PS symbols.

  • I installed (but am not using) the mouse aim mod, which automatically flips on controller support. For some reason, I think controller support changes the icons from button numbers to PS2 buttons. All I know is that it's a poorly thought out and executed port.

  • That's weird. Well I'm using the gamepad and I'm getting the numbers. Also doesn't the MouseAim consist only of .dll and .exe and there's no actual installation, if you're not loading it up it shouldn't have any effect. I was just wondering because I want to get the PS symbols in my game myself.

  • To tell you the truth, I don't know why it's showing the PS2 buttons. I remember it showing the button numbers when I first started playing, and at some point it switched over to PS2 buttons. I assumed it was because of the Mouse Aim mode enabling joypad mod (which remains in effect, even when not using the Mouse Aim loader).

  • oh well i really didnt know i have the PS2 version

  • no disrespect but com'on if it was a port the X wouldnt appear at the typewriter and ect if it was a GameCube it would be believeable

  • Dude, that's how bad the port is.

  • dont talk if you dont know what you are talking about.

    thats how the pc-port is.
