Rad Bones do have a member named Joey B, the song is featured on their myspace page, and the song isnt on any Pepper albums...but it really really sounds like it could be Pepper. Maybe it's originally by Rad Bones but Pepper remakes it?? I really dunno, Awesome song though!!
