Try reversing the picture. It's supposed to keep the copyright police off your back a little longer for some reason. And disable the comments for your videos, they'll attract less attention that way.
Youtube is becomming almost unusable these days with their bowing to the music picture industry. Uploaded even by a performer, they probably run the risk of tortious intereference ;-)
