To the guy that made this, I posted this on my facebook because it's absolutely incredible. Please don't ever take it down, and have you made any other videos?
'...watch yourself sleep the clock around...'. This probably happens when you're dead. So if the song's about death... the video is... kind of doesn't fit... Nice though... minus the song...Any interpretations of the song itself anyone BTW??
@TemporaryMe01 the songs about being a spoiled brat and when you finally grow up you've realized that you just slept the clock around by never paying attention to it.

Level of 1 to 10: I give this video a 6, and that's only because of the song. If you used diff. audio... This vid would be a 3. Your video lacks substance and any kind of meaning other than the fact that your video has "clocks" in it... And black and white (artsy) film.
You need a lot of work in your editing. All you did was simply put music over random video clips that you used a cross dissolve transition, and you fucked that up several times.
Finally, I found the video that does justice to this song. My theory about the one guy who gave this a Dislike: it was 'Robertland, who has the crappiest quality upload of this song. He drools, romanoaj31 rules.
What album is this song from because I see two different versions and have a hard time telling what is the version that is playing here. Is it "BBC Sessions" or "The Boy with thE Arab Strap" ?
the "compressed" interpretation of the opening guitar pulse is beautiful, less indie, almost like joy division. i like it best. it's not the bbc sessions...
It's not the BBC sessions. It's a recording which was broadcasted on radio I think, available as bootleg CD "Une nuit à Paris". Search Google for the CD title.
@Selfhealer22 He should do what? Take someone's work, put music over it, and then use cross dissolve transitions? That's all he did. Why are you all so easily impressed?
Mostly from an industrial film on precise measurement. I was more interested creating a perpetual zoom than the subject matter. Looks like complicated stuff. R.I.P. GM: 0:54

You should remake this video and try again.

Definitely reminiscent of Joy Division and a great indie-poppy duet.

@snufk Is it still available now? or is it on the bbc sessions. Do you perhaps where I would be able to find this version without the crowd?
