i can tell you. if you go to the city with the steel gym. go down of the gym and talk to the sailor by the boat and he'll take you to iron island. there you will meet a trainer who follows you around and you face team galactic in the cave. after that he will give you a riolu egg. riolu will evolve into lucario when it becomes extremely happy and likes you alot. then u lvl it up and it evolves.
