they're not spraying anything, this is just a natural cloud formation, it has a rainbow hue due to the light hitting the water particles at an angle.

this isn't harp, or google geoengineering. this is just a lovely, natural formation, we should enjoy, as it's a rare phenomenon we may only see a handful of times.
