That motor looks different than the Neo motor I have... Mine is taller and has a bigger "neo" magnet in it... I thought there was only one type of 3HP Neo motors out there. Guess not. :o

does this use the 4bolt top assy? also do u guys use pap parts? looks alot like my sub minus dust cap. urs looks white mine is aluminum

It's aluminum too. Yes this one uses the 4 bolt type you need a wrench for. We have some PAP parts, but these are all from TC Sounds before they went kaput.

a quad 1 ohm subwoofer can only run at .25, 1, and 4.

That is with all 4 coils being used

Yes 15" tops drilled out for the top mount hardware.  We can build either carbon fiber gray, painted black or soft gray aluminum.

1,2,3 & 4ohms. There are plus and minus for running not all of the coils though I recommend only going with 1 ohm load since most quality Class D amps are happy with that. Which Robot is now selling, email for pics.

Where do you get your spiders? I am building some of my own subs just for fun and I need to know if you get your spiders from somewhere other than austrailia?

We have them. The problem is nobody but RE and TC sounds is willing or worth to pay for 10" spiders.

Oh okay, I just ordered a 7" spider with a 2" coil opening for a 15" I am building and I had to buy the spider from speakerbitsdotcom and they are way out in austrailia.
